Description

  • Own Visit.org's overall product strategy and collaborate with the CTO and COO on product launch and execution.
  • Drive product development by setting long-term vision, prioritizing the roadmap, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative global-scale enterprise products.
  • Define and execute an AI-first product strategy, including embedding AI capabilities into the roadmap and improving internal product processes with AI tools.
  • Build, structure, and scale the product team while creating a collaborative and dynamic team culture.
  • Establish team processes and work closely with business partners to align on shared goals.
  • Become an expert in the software, customers, and market to identify and execute tactical and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, account management, and marketing to communicate plans and ensure objectives are met.
  • Define product success metrics and use customer, stakeholder, and team feedback to shape requirements and features.
  • Manage data strategy by directing collection, processing, and interpretation of product usage, sales pipeline, and market research data.
  • Present market research insights in monthly strategy meetings and conduct design reviews of major projects with C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Passion for Visit.org's mission and a desire to make an impact through technology.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in a team leadership role.
  • 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with proven success in enterprise or upmarket segments.
  • Proven experience defining and delivering AI-enabled products.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve decision-making, operations, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Strong data skills in quantitative analytics and qualitative user research.
  • Proven ability to turn ambiguous ideas and data into outcomes, strategy, and roadmap decisions.
  • Passion for world-class UX and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring stakeholders on board.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
