Description

  • Own a feature’s growth end to end by choosing the metric, building the plan, and driving improvement.
  • Automate content and experiment workflows using bots, agentic workflows, and other automations.
  • Publish and review content, tools, and pages quickly, then iterate based on performance.
  • Reach out to secure collaborations, backlinks, mentions, and placements across Reddit, Quora, Substack, partners, and PR.
  • Run growth experiments by forming hypotheses, launching tests, reading results, and logging learnings.
  • Collaborate on efforts that build topical authority through outreach and placements.
  • Work across content, outreach, automation, and analysis in the same day as needed.
  • Own a number and make decisions based on real key results and experiment data.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native English with strong writing, editing, and pitching ability.
  • AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, agents, and automations.
  • Ability to move quickly, take ownership, and ship before perfecting.
  • Strong growth instinct with the ability to identify levers and double down on what works.
  • Comfort jumping between content, outreach, automation, and analysis in one day.
  • Experience with SEO/GEO, link building, or community/PR outreach (bonus).
  • Experience building scrapers, bots, or content pipelines (bonus).
  • Track record of growing a feature or page quickly with measurable results (bonus).
