Description

  • Run customer workshops to understand pain points, technical needs, and how CloudFactory can support them.
  • Execute technical setup for new client accounts, including SSO integration, IAM user management, and workspace configuration.
  • Connect client data sources to the CloudFactory platform using standard connectors.
  • Deliver technical training sessions on the Model Playground, dataset uploads, and quality report interpretation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during the first 90 days of customer onboarding and early adoption.
  • Document onboarding friction points and collaborate with internal Product teams on improvements.
  • Act as the technical bridge between Customer, Product, and Delivery teams during activation.
  • Support customers in launching production pilots quickly and confidently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Technical Support, Implementation Engineering, or Customer Success Engineering.
  • Proven experience onboarding customers to SaaS platforms or technical data products.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Delivery, and Sales.
  • Strong ability to test API endpoints using Postman or cURL and understand REST, JSON, OAuth, and API keys.
  • Basic proficiency in Python or Bash for file manipulation and data cleaning.
  • Familiarity with cloud storage platforms such as AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Azure Blob, and file transfer protocols.
  • Experience configuring SSO, SAML, and user permissions/IAM is a strong plus.
  • Expert-level comfort with CSV, JSON, JSONL, and XML.
  • Practical familiarity with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV, Pillow, or Scikit-image.
  • Understanding of image and video data structures, annotation formats like COCO, YOLO, JSON, and DICOM, and model inference concepts such as confidence scores, IoU, and drift.
  • Experience with cloud storage and basic database querying using SQL or NoSQL.
  • Ability to diagnose whether an error is caused by user error, a platform bug, or a configuration issue.
  • Strong documentation habits for creating reusable knowledge base articles or runbooks.
  • Patience and empathy when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
