Description

Serve as a trusted advisor on operational workflows, change management, system configuration, and platform adoption.
Own customer relationships from setup through hypercare and transition to ongoing support.
Build relationships with property leaders, owners, and key stakeholders while coordinating implementation milestones.
Deliver consultative training and coaching to support confident platform adoption and value realization.
Identify and mitigate risks across complex customer engagements.
Identify opportunities to expand platform and feature adoption to support long-term customer success.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support, and Onboarding Project Management.
Use AI and other tools to streamline administrative work and improve customer experiences.

Requirements

4+ years of hospitality operations experience, preferably in hotel, resort, hotel group, or hospitality management leadership roles.
Expertise in front office, reservations, revenue management, guest services, distribution, and property management systems.
2+ years of SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, account management, or customer-facing software experience preferred.
Experience with hospitality technology such as PMS, CRS, channel managers, or revenue management systems strongly preferred.
Strong consultative, problem-solving, project coordination, and multitasking skills.
Ability to build trust and communicate with operational users, property leaders, owners, and executive decision-makers.
Strong technical aptitude, learning agility, and ability to adopt AI and new tools.
Experience with multi-property operators, hotel groups, operational transformation, technology rollouts, or process improvement preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the job location without visa sponsorship.
