Description

Serve as a trusted advisor on operational workflows, change management, system configuration, and platform adoption.
Own customer relationships from setup through hypercare and transition to ongoing support.
Build relationships with property leaders, owners, and key stakeholders while coordinating implementation milestones.
Provide consultative training and coaching to support confident platform adoption and value realization.
Identify and mitigate risks across complex customer engagements.
Identify opportunities to expand platform and feature adoption to drive long-term customer success.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support, and Onboarding Project Management to improve customer outcomes.
Use AI and tooling to streamline administrative work and focus on strategic customer guidance.

Requirements

4+ years of hospitality operations experience, preferably in hotel, resort, hotel group, or hospitality management leadership roles.
Expertise in front office, reservations, revenue management, guest services, distribution, and property management systems.
2+ years of SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, account management, or customer-facing software experience preferred.
Experience with hospitality technology such as PMS, CRS, channel managers, or revenue management systems strongly preferred.
Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills with operational and executive stakeholders.
Consultative, problem-solving, and project coordination skills for managing multiple complex engagements.
Strong technical aptitude, learning agility, and ability to adopt AI and new tools quickly.
Experience supporting multi-property operators or hotel groups preferred.
Experience leading hospitality technology rollouts, operational transformation, or process improvement preferred.
Authorization to work in the position's location without visa sponsorship.
