Description

Serve as a trusted advisor on operational workflows, change management, system configuration, and platform adoption.
Own customer relationships from system setup through onboarding, hypercare, and transition to ongoing support.
Build relationships with property leaders, owners, and stakeholders while coordinating implementation milestones.
Deliver consultative training and coaching to support confident platform adoption and value realization.
Identify risks, resolve escalated issues, and manage complex customer engagements.
Identify opportunities to expand platform and feature adoption to support long-term customer success.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support, and Onboarding Project Management teams.
Use AI and other tools to streamline administrative work and focus on strategic customer guidance.

Requirements

4+ years of hospitality operations experience, preferably in hotel, resort, hotel group, or hospitality management leadership roles.
Expertise in front office, reservations, revenue management, guest services, distribution, and property management systems.
2+ years of SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, account management, or customer-facing software experience preferred.
Experience with hospitality technology such as PMS, CRS, channel managers, or revenue management systems preferred.
Strong consultative, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, trust-building, and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-value, complex customer engagements simultaneously.
Exceptional technical aptitude, learning agility, and ability to adopt AI and new tools quickly.
Experience supporting multi-property operators or leading hospitality technology rollouts and process improvement initiatives preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the position’s location without visa sponsorship.
