Description

  • Set the technical strategy and architecture for Revenue Intelligence systems.
  • Lead delivery across web applications, backend APIs, event-driven services, data pipelines, analytical storage, and recommendation workflows.
  • Identify and address risks in scalability, reliability, security, data quality, observability, and operability.
  • Modernize legacy systems and infrastructure through incremental migrations.
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, Infrastructure, Security, and engineering leaders on system boundaries and platform direction.
  • Contribute hands-on through coding, technical spikes, design reviews, debugging, and incident response.
  • Improve organizational effectiveness through mentoring, architecture guidance, documentation, and engineering standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant technical leadership on complex production systems.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Python.
  • Strong architecture and distributed-systems fundamentals, including API design, event-driven workflows, consistency, failure handling, scalability, and service boundaries.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redshift or similar analytical platforms, batch and streaming pipelines, and large-scale data processing.
  • Experience with recommendation systems, machine-learning platforms, pricing systems, experimentation, or decision-support products.
  • Strong experience with AWS, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Argo CD, CI/CD, observability, and secure production operations.
  • Ability to lead through influence, align teams, communicate tradeoffs, and drive ambiguous decisions to execution.
  • Experience improving testing, operational readiness, incident response, security, documentation, and technical standards.
  • Product judgment and customer empathy, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Business-level English and experience working in a remote, globally distributed organization.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in .NET/C# is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in Europe without visa sponsorship.
