Description

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Jack Henry Silverlake, Banno, and related Jack Henry applications and integrated solutions.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Finastra DecisionPro and MortgageBot.
  • Manage implementation of Jack Henry Enterprise Workflow Solutions.
  • Maintain core parameters, product setups, system configurations, business rules, and operational settings.
  • Manage user security, access administration, and system controls in coordination with IT.
  • Coordinate releases, upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation activities for core systems.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, changes, testing, and recurring administrative tasks.
  • Own loan and deposit product creation and development through configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on product design, features, rates, disclosures, and customer experience requirements.
  • Lead core system data conversions and validations.
  • Ensure core system administration aligns with bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits, examinations, compliance reviews, and control testing.
  • Participate in disaster recovery exercises and business continuity planning.
  • Maintain access controls, segregation of duties, and change management practices.
  • Assist with SOX, cybersecurity, vendor management, and operational risk activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent banking experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience administering a core banking platform.
  • Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Understanding of deposit operations, loan operations, general ledger, treasury management, digital banking, and banking compliance requirements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, document findings, and problem-solve.
  • 5 or more years of Jack Henry SilverLake administration experience (preferred).
  • Experience with Jack Henry applications such as Enterprise Workflow, Cognos, Xperience, Banno, Treasury Management, DirectLine, and PayCenter/FedNow (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Finastra DecisionPro and MortgageBot (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership, business users, technical teams, auditors, and vendors (preferred).
