Description

  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to define job requirements and recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems accurately.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Promote the Clients Blackbox brand and culture to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring process effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience recruiting for marketing, digital media, or tech roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and human resources best practices preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
