Description

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary strategic contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, testing priorities, strategy, and next steps.
  • Prepare and deliver bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before client calls.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta lead-generation and appointment-booking campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, audiences, bids, account structures, and creative testing.
  • Monitor daily acquisition metrics and diagnose underperforming campaigns and funnel issues.
  • Develop and execute tests across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
  • Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
  • Develop and test hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations; direct video editors on creative execution.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Meta tracking, pixels, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns against defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting ability, including ad copy and video sales letter scripts.
  • Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with financial services marketing, RIA marketing, or compliance-sensitive advertising (preferred).
  • Experience with lead-generation, appointment-setting, high-ticket, or considered-purchase funnels (preferred).
  • Experience in performance marketing agencies, direct-response advertising, or video sales letter marketing (preferred).
