Description

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls covering campaign performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
  • Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before client calls.
  • Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
  • Build and optimize Meta lead-generation and appointment-booking campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and other campaign variables.
  • Monitor performance daily, diagnose underperformance, and optimize toward cost-per-appointment and related metrics.
  • Test audiences, messaging, and creative, and contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Meta pixels, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
  • Proactively resolve account, tracking, and lead-flow issues to support client retention and results.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and leading client-facing conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns against defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership, investigate issues, implement changes, and communicate performance clearly to clients.
  • Experience with financial services marketing (preferred).
  • Experience with lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns, video sales letter marketing, or high-ticket/considered-purchase funnels (preferred).
  • Experience with direct-response advertising (preferred).
