Description

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls and provide performance reports, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta lead-generation and appointment-booking campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, audiences, bidding, account structure, creative testing, and acquisition metrics.
  • Diagnose underperformance and develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaigns.
  • Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
  • Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with video editors and provide creative direction.
  • Set up and troubleshoot pixels, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
  • Identify account risks, funnel issues, and technical problems while supporting retention, renewals, and referrals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, including substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets and support client retention.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and video sales letter scripts.
  • Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in financial services marketing, lead generation, appointment setting, video sales letters, high-ticket funnels, performance marketing agencies, or direct-response advertising is preferred.
  • Ability to take ownership, make data-driven decisions, and work across media buying, strategy, copy, creative, and funnel performance.
