Description

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls on campaign performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
  • Prepare and deliver bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before client calls.
  • Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
  • Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta lead-generation and appointment-booking campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize toward cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Meta pixels, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
  • Proactively resolve campaign, tracking, and lead-flow issues affecting client results.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and leading client-facing conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns against defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership, investigate performance issues, and act on needed changes.
  • Experience in financial services marketing (preferred).
  • Experience with lead-generation, appointment-setting, video sales letter, high-ticket, considered-purchase, or direct-response campaigns (preferred).
