Description

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary client contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
  • Prepare and deliver bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before client calls.
  • Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
  • Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta lead-generation and appointment-booking campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, diagnose issues, and optimize toward cost-per-appointment targets.
  • Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
  • Proactively monitor lead flow and resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and leading client-facing conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns against defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of account performance, investigate issues, and act on solutions.
  • Ability to clearly explain marketing performance to non-technical clients.
  • Financial services marketing experience (preferred).
  • Experience with lead-generation, appointment-setting, video sales letter, high-ticket, or considered-purchase campaigns (preferred).
  • Direct-response advertising experience (preferred).
