Description

  • Own client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication and strategy.
  • Run bi-weekly client calls to review performance, discuss strategy, and align on next steps.
  • Send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
  • Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make adjustments to achieve cost per appointment targets.
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and develop intervention strategies to improve results.
  • Write ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences.
  • Develop hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with video editors on creative production and set up tracking, pixels, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid media experience, specifically with Meta advertising.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of hitting performance targets and retaining clients.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write compelling ad copy and scripts.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
  • Experience in the financial services vertical, preferred.
  • Understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns, preferred.
  • Familiarity with video sales letter marketing methodology, preferred.
  • Experience with high-ticket, considered purchase funnels, preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain performance data to non-technical clients.
  • Detail-oriented, able to move fast, and comfortable with direct client interaction and accountability.
