Description

  • Research, strategize, and run paid advertising campaigns across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search, and Google Display.
  • Manage daily ad spend of approximately $50,000 to $75,000 across multiple platforms.
  • Forecast campaign performance and build scenarios to meet client targets, using metrics such as CPC and conversion rates.
  • Compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Evaluate funnel performance against industry benchmarks and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates and revenue.
  • Work with creative teams to develop new angles, big ideas, and creative growth strategies for client campaigns.
  • Research competitors and use proven market approaches to inform ad and funnel strategy.
  • Own and optimize ad accounts while managing a full client roster of 5-7 clients.
  • Collaborate with pod members and internal teams on scaling strategies, creative concepts, and account improvements.
  • Communicate progress and updates regularly with clients and internal teams through Slack and meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on optimization of conversion-based funnels.
  • 3+ years of media buying team management experience.
  • Experience with webinar and coaching funnels preferred.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to use performance data to guide decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects with short- and long-term deadlines.
  • Experience using Hyros, Google Sheets, and data analytics reporting tools.
  • Ability to upload and launch digital advertising campaigns across paid channels.
  • Experience working with internal designers, copywriters, and videographers on creative needs.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to investigate what, why, and how behind results.
  • Experience monitoring industry trends and competitor approaches.
