Description

  • Develop designs for catalogs, packaging, brochures, signage, social media, websites, email campaigns, and brand materials.
  • Manage projects from initial concept through final production while meeting deadlines and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and optimize files for print and digital use, including bleeds, CMYK, resolution, responsive formats, and file sizes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams during creative reviews and incorporate feedback.
  • Maintain organized project files, version control, and brand asset libraries.
  • Conceptualize design campaigns for hunting and outdoor audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Stay current with design trends, typography, print production methods, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and commercial print production.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend creative decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A diverse portfolio covering print and digital work, including editorial layouts, branding, packaging, social media, and web assets.
  • Experience with Premiere, After Effects, Figma, or AI design generators is preferred.
  • Applicants must not be based in Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, New Mexico, or South Dakota.
