Description

  • Produce channel-ready creative assets for websites, email, social media, digital advertising, retail signage, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Adapt campaign concepts and master artwork into channel-specific sizes, formats, and variations.
  • Retouch, crop, resize, colour-correct, composite, and optimise product and lifestyle imagery.
  • Create production-ready layouts and multipage documents in Adobe InDesign.
  • Develop vector artwork, icons, typography, illustrations, and supporting graphics in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Prepare print artwork with correct bleed, trim, resolution, colour profiles, and supplier specifications.
  • Create simple motion graphics and animated adaptations in Adobe After Effects.
  • Apply brand guidelines, templates, typography, and visual standards consistently.
  • Complete preflight and quality checks for copy, pricing, product details, dimensions, resolution, links, colour, and exports.
  • Manage the design queue, clarify briefs, incorporate feedback, maintain organised asset libraries, and track deadlines and blockers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant graphic or production design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating high-volume e-commerce or retail work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Working proficiency in Adobe After Effects and simple motion graphics production.
  • Experience creating assets for websites, e-commerce, email, paid and organic social, display advertising, and online promotions.
  • Strong image-production skills, including retouching, masking, colour correction, background removal, compositing, and web optimisation.
  • Knowledge of print production, including bleed, trim, colour modes, resolution, preflight, and supplier-ready files.
  • Experience using approved AI-assisted creative tools with manual quality control and appropriate handling of confidential and licensed materials.
  • Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, brand adherence, asset management, file naming, and version-control skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and short deadlines independently; e-commerce, retail, lifestyle, Shopify, and Australian stakeholder experience are preferred.
