Description

  • Produce 20+ high-quality design assets per day, including ad creatives, story assets, carousels, thumbnails, and banners.
  • Develop a balanced mix of fresh creative concepts and variations for ongoing campaigns.
  • Create scroll-stopping visuals that clearly communicate offers and convert viewers into customers.
  • Work closely with Content Creators, Copywriters, and Media Buyers to align creative direction with campaign goals.
  • Review creative metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS and iterate designs based on performance data.
  • Propose new creative ideas each week using competitive research, ad libraries, and performance insights.
  • Maintain brand consistency across assets and develop style guides for clients where needed.
  • Proactively self-review, quality-check, and manage revisions to keep revision rates low.
  • Keep working files organized with clear naming conventions, layers, and folders for smooth handoffs.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Pro.
  • Figma and/or After Effects experience is a plus.
  • Ability to produce 20+ quality design assets per day.
  • Maintain a revision rate below 10%.
  • Ensure 95%+ of assets meet brand guidelines.
  • Strong understanding that ad creative is meant to drive conversions, not just aesthetics.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including pixel-perfect alignment and consistent typography.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with copywriters, media buyers, and account managers.
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and pivot creative direction based on performance data.
