Description

  • Identify and nurture opportunities, build pipeline, and close short-term Cloud monthly contracts while developing a strategic enterprise business with complex sales cycles.
  • Evangelize ClickHouse’s vision and solutions to secure strategic commercial commitments.
  • Take a solution-based approach to selling that delivers clear business value for customers.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of ClickHouse Cloud, including the serverless offering, in the French market.
  • Define positioning and go-to-market approach for ClickHouse Cloud in France.
  • Manage customer details — including use cases, timelines, and forecasting — within Salesforce.
  • Deliver accurate monthly business forecasts.
  • Engage with and grow the local developer and user ecosystem by participating in and organizing ClickHouse-specific community events and meetups.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional resources and stakeholders (from dedicated teams to executive staff) to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French.
  • 7+ years of experience (preferred) in open source software business models; strong background in cloud and infrastructure software required.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional resources and executive stakeholders to drive deals.
  • Expertise aligning cloud solutions with customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Proven track record building long-lasting customer relationships and working cross-functionally in diverse, global teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong business and technical acumen.
  • Preferred: entrepreneurial mindset with a proven record of delivering results in fast-moving environments.
  • Preferred: experience working effectively in a remote-first, global organization.
  • Preferred: prior success selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers.
