Description

  • Own and build key product features across frontend and backend systems.
  • Streamline debugging and monitoring workflows for developers.
  • Collaborate with open-source contributors and customers to solve problems and shape the roadmap.
  • Incorporate community and customer feedback into product decisions.
  • Work on scaling a cloud-hosted observability platform to handle petabyte-scale data efficiently.
  • Develop analysis tools that help engineers identify and resolve production issues faster.
  • Contribute to delivering a seamless, high-performance developer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a preference for developer tools.
  • Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, including Next.js frontend and Express backend experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js.
  • Proficiency in SQL for query generation on ClickHouse.
  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Passion for open source and the developer community.
  • Experience creating developer tooling and designing for developers.
  • Experience with distributed systems and event ingestion pipelines is a bonus.
  • Experience working with columnar databases is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Python, Rust, or PHP for building integrations is a bonus.
  • Experience with SDKs is a bonus.
