Description

  • Lead co-build and co-sell engagements with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure), regional/global SIs, and ISV partners to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Run technical discoveries, deep dives, and proofs-of-concept (POCs) with partners to validate solutions and unlock partner-sourced deals.
  • Identify and formalize repeatable partner-led use cases (real-time analytics, observability, IoT, AI/ML, etc.) to accelerate customer adoption and partner mindshare.
  • Design and build structured partner enablement paths, including technical curriculum, demo kits, solution briefs, and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Equip partner architects and consultants to independently qualify, architect, and deploy ClickHouse solutions to create leverage and scale across EMEA.
  • Develop reusable solution playbooks with architecture patterns, ingestion design, performance guidance, and ROI/TCO frameworks tailored for partner delivery models.
  • Co-innovate with partners on vertical or workload-based solutions to differentiate ClickHouse in competitive landscapes.
  • Act as the technical voice in the field by presenting at partner summits, joint events, industry conferences, capturing partner/customer insights to inform product roadmap and advocating for partner needs across GTM motions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in partner engineering, partner presales, or solutions architecture for analytical databases, data warehouses, lakehouses, streaming platforms, or cloud data services.
  • Hands-on expertise with at least one major hyperscaler (experience with two or more is a bonus).
  • Strong SQL and analytics database fundamentals with familiarity with columnar systems, ingestion pipelines (Kafka, CDC, ETL), and observability stacks.
  • Proven track record building and scaling partner enablement programs, joint solutions, co-sell motions, and partner-led POCs/migrations/deployments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across audiences, from whiteboarding with architects to presenting at large industry conferences.
  • Fluency in English and French, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
  • Comfort with a quota-carrying role and responsibility for driving partner-led incremental revenue and adoption.
  • Remote-first availability with willingness to travel approximately 20–30% across EMEA for workshops, summits, and solution-building sessions; nice-to-have: experience supporting BYOC/customer-managed deployments in regulated EMEA environments and prior Partner Solution Leader experience with AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud.
