Description

  • Develop and maintain technology project plans outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, statuses, and resource allocation.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, IT, Product, and business stakeholders to support planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Manage projects and programs from inception to completion with oversight of scope, deliverables, requirements, and implementation steps.
  • Collect requirements and provide technical coordination across IT and corporate projects.
  • Track project timelines, activities, resources, and overall project success.
  • Exercise project control and status reporting, including communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Work with product owners to define project scope and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Own the implementation lifecycle and manage technical risks throughout the project.
  • Oversee project team activities and monitor task completion for assigned projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in software development.
  • Experience running multiple mid-level projects or programs simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects end to end.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong organization, analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
  • Servant-leadership mindset with a friendly, customer-centric approach.
  • Computer proficiency in GSuite applications, especially Google tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies; PMBOK knowledge is a plus.
  • JIRA and Confluence experience is a plus.
  • Web or application development experience is a plus.
  • QA experience, Total Quality Management training, meeting facilitation training, and process mapping experience are a plus.

  • Base salary range of $127,000 to $155,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
