Description

Develop and maintain technology project plans outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, statuses, and resource allocation.
Partner closely with Engineering, IT, Product, and business stakeholders to support planning, execution, and reporting.
Manage projects and programs from inception to completion with oversight of scope, deliverables, requirements, and implementation steps.
Collect requirements and provide technical coordination across IT and corporate projects.
Track project timelines, activities, resources, and overall project success.
Exercise project control and status reporting, including communicating progress to stakeholders.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Work with product owners to define project scope and manage stakeholder expectations.
Own the implementation lifecycle and manage technical risks throughout the project.
Oversee project team activities and monitor task completion for assigned projects.

Requirements

3+ years of project management experience in software development.
Experience running multiple mid-level projects or programs simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects end to end.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and persuasion skills.
Strong organization, analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
Servant-leadership mindset with a friendly, customer-centric approach.
Computer proficiency in GSuite applications, especially Google tools.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies; PMBOK knowledge is a plus.
JIRA and Confluence experience is a plus.
Web or application development experience is a plus.
QA experience, Total Quality Management training, meeting facilitation training, and process mapping experience are a plus.

Base salary range of $127,000 to $155,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
