Description

  • Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to understand technical pain points and internal tooling needs.
  • Translate internal business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories for engineering.
  • Prioritize and manage a backlog of internal technical requests.
  • Act as project manager for internal technical deliverables, including rollouts and UAT.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for escalated production issues.
  • Investigate bugs by reproducing issues and gathering logs or data for engineering.
  • Categorize and prioritize bugs based on business impact, severity, and frequency.
  • Keep internal teams updated on critical bug status, resolution timing, and workarounds.
  • Develop and maintain an internal technical knowledge base and documentation.
  • Host training sessions for internal teams on major updates and new tools.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in a technical support, business analyst, project management, or junior product management role.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, including Agile/Scrum.
  • Comfort discussing APIs, databases, and system architectures with engineers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain English.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong root-cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, bugs, and documentation tasks at once.
  • Experience with Jira, Zendesk, ClickUp, or similar ticketing/product management tools is a plus.
  • Experience in valuation, mortgage, fintech, or related industries is highly desired.

  • Base salary of $76,300 to $102,500 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
