Description

  • Collaborate daily with customer success, product marketing, and product teams as part of the sales organization.
  • Engage with CISOs and security leaders to address perimeter security, external attack mitigation, and real-time fraud management challenges.
  • Work with fraud teams to align Cleafy’s cyber-first approach with fraud risk management strategies.
  • Lead technical discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Explain how Cleafy integrates with enterprise security infrastructure such as SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, and TXM.
  • Lead technology deep-dive meetings with customers in close coordination with product specialists.
  • Represent Cleafy at industry events, security roundtables, and expert discussions.
  • Report market insights and customer feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Support refinement of Cleafy’s value proposition across regions.
  • Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, security assessments, and technical customer discussions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, customer success, professional services, or security consulting.
  • Experience focused on enterprise cybersecurity, enterprise security, fraud prevention, or digital risk with a strong security focus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of cyber threats, malware, fraud attack chains, and modern security architectures and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise security stacks including SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security solutions.
  • Ability to explain security-driven fraud reduction strategies to CISOs, security teams, and fraud teams.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • Strong public-speaking presence at cybersecurity conferences, industry panels, and executive roundtables.
  • Technical academic background in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field is a plus.
