Description

  • Serve as the single point of contact for inbound requests from assigned enterprise clients.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships and build trust with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Advocate internally to ensure contractual obligations and client expectations are met.
  • Maximize client value from ClassWallet solutions and help clients achieve desired outcomes.
  • Drive product adoption, contract renewal, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business and growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Build client retention and satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
  • Use success metrics and data to inform action plans and priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support to align on client goals and objectives.
  • Set and reset expectations internally and externally as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be a resident of Arizona.
  • 2 years of experience in an Enterprise Client Success Manager role, preferably in state or local government.
  • Demonstrated experience reaching and exceeding goals.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong online and in-person presentation skills.
  • Superior business, process management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with industry associations and influential contacts.
  • Ability to use CRM and sales automation tools to streamline efforts.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20%.
  • Existing industry experience preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred and highly desired.
