Description

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, executives, and influencers at customer and prospect organizations.
  • Own and expand existing enterprise accounts through upsell and cross-sell of Claritas Rx solutions and lead development of strategic account plans with the Customer Success Director.
  • Develop and execute lead generation plans with marketing, inside sales, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners to win new logo enterprise accounts.
  • Attend Strategic Account Reviews (SARs) to provide industry perspective, strategic insight, and position new solutions to key client stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement relationships, establish and renew MSAs, pursue preferred vendor status, and engage in RFP opportunities.
  • Negotiate new deals and support renewal contract negotiations alongside the Customer Success Director as needed.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, regularly report on sales progress, opportunities, and customer feedback.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and grow multi-million-dollar accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product, customer success, and marketing teams to identify customer-specific solutions and develop case studies to support enterprise sales.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of commercial experience at a pharma/biotech manufacturer, vendor/service provider to the pharmaceutical industry, health tech start-up, or healthcare consulting role.
  • Experience working in or selling to Market Access, Trade/Distribution, Commercial Analytics, and/or Patient Services functions.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data, analytics, and AI SaaS solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical market access, commercial analytics, and/or patient services functions.
  • Proven track record of building and expanding customer relationships and achieving sales targets with enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills and ability to identify and address the unique needs of pharmaceutical companies.
  • Proven success working with cross-functional partners (product, customer success, marketing) to deliver solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA preferred).
