Description

  • Define and execute the consulting practice vision and strategy for forecasting and market access effectiveness services.
  • Grow the consulting practice with accountability for revenue and profitability.
  • Lead business development efforts by generating leads, shaping proposals, and winning initial and follow-on projects.
  • Advise biopharmaceutical clients on specialty, oncology, and rare disease launch strategy using real-world patient-level data and advanced analytics.
  • Develop and refine forecasting and analytics methodologies, tools, and templates that can be reused across clients and projects.
  • Design, pressure-test, and communicate patient- and market-based forecasts and performance analytics to support strategic and financial decisions.
  • Manage consulting projects that address data sufficiency gaps, enable benchmarking, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Oversee delivery quality by setting standards, managing risk, and engaging on client issues as needed.
  • Support third-party consulting partners with data and subject matter expertise to help them succeed.
  • Represent Claritas Rx as a thought leader at conferences, symposia, and other external events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in forecasting or commercial and/or market access analytics in industry or as a consulting partner.
  • Demonstrated depth in forecasting and commercial analytics, including advanced forecasting models, scenario planning, and performance measurement.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue targets and leading client engagements with accountability for delivery outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior commercial and finance leaders using data-driven insights.
  • Preferred: 7+ years of experience successfully managing and delivering consulting projects.
  • Preferred: Extensive industry relationships with stakeholders who consume commercial and market access consulting services.
  • Preferred: MBA, MPH, or other advanced degree in a technology-enabled healthcare service or related field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed based on project and customer needs.
  • Ability to provide a cover letter and resume when applying.
