Description

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet product requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, turning requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Guide the engineering process by providing oversight on feasibility, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other team ceremonies.
  • Triages and resolve product-related issues, including bugs, while communicating expectations to stakeholders.
  • Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies to support successful product outcomes.
  • Work with the Product Manager to make trade-off decisions when priorities, resources, or technical constraints conflict.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support successful product development.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions, track performance, and identify improvements.
  • Support knowledge sharing and maintain product decision and design documentation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Product Manager in a modern software or product organization.
  • Proven ability to create and manage backlogs and write clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to prioritize features, requirements, and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Comfort participating in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, pain points, and motivations.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data for product decisions.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for technical, business, and customer challenges.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Understanding of programming concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
  • Knowledge of technical architecture, including system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
