Description

Develop the product strategy and roadmap for the Camio Cloud offering.
Own and present the product roadmap internally and externally to drive customer and team alignment.
Identify industry trends and opportunities to inform product direction.
Conduct product discovery with customers and customer-facing teams.
Deliver products in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
Define pricing and go-to-market strategy with support from marketing.
Coordinate product releases with the marketing team.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product adoption and revenue.
Create and maintain product documentation.
Coordinate with product managers working on the cloud platform.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience with a track record of building and launching products.
Understanding of B2B SaaS business models and their key metrics.
Ability to construct a vision and lead company-wide mindset change.
Ability to seek input from diverse stakeholders and prioritize the highest-value problems.
Self-starting, autonomous, and aligned to clear objectives.
Empathy for customers and the ability to understand their challenges.
Growth mindset and strong team spirit.
Ability to persuade without authority and manage up.
Technical competence with basic understanding of coding, networking, and graphics principles.
Fluent English.
Understanding of broadcast workflows for live productions is a big plus.
Experience delivering AI products or features is a big plus.
Minimum 15 Mbps primary internet connection and at least 10 Mbps backup connection capable of supporting work during a power outage.
Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th gen, Intel Core i3 10th gen, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus 8 GB RAM.
Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions.
Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
