Description

  • Shape and execute the marketing automation architecture, systems integrations, and AI agent frameworks to support an AI-driven operating model.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex marketing programs, workflows, and data frameworks on enterprise marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage target segment configurations and oversee audience data integrity across marketing platforms.
  • Partner with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and launch email sequences, nurture campaigns, and triggered communications.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and Marketing Technology to turn complex marketing challenges into scalable technical solutions.
  • Monitor system and program performance, identify data quality issues, and drive evidence-based improvements across the automation infrastructure.
  • Serve as the organisation’s trusted authority on marketing automation and AI innovation, building internal knowledge and confidence across the marketing team.
  • Manage complex technical workstreams across multiple stakeholder groups with a strong quality assurance discipline and attention to delivery timelines.

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on expertise with one or more enterprise marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo) including advanced program architecture, workflow configuration, API integrations, and system administration.
  • Practical ability to independently build, test, and deploy complex automations and programs.
  • Demonstrable understanding of AI tools, large language model applications, and emerging agentic frameworks, with the ability to contribute to design and implementation of AI-driven marketing workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM integration, data management, lead management processes, and target segment configuration.
  • Practical experience managing audience data across marketing platforms and engaging RevOps and MarTech stakeholders as a credible technical partner.
  • Analytical capability to monitor system and programme performance, interpret data quality issues, and implement improvements.
  • Highly organised, meticulous attention to detail, and strong quality assurance discipline for managing complex technical workstreams.
  • Intellectually curious and self-directed, able to stay current with marketing technology and AI developments and translate emerging capabilities into practical applications.
