Description

  • Engage customers to understand business challenges, qualify opportunities, and introduce AHEAD’s AI and Cloud Platforms capabilities.
  • Lead conversations involving data, AI, platform engineering, cloud, DevOps, and modern applications with vendors and services teams.
  • Identify gaps in customer environments, processes, and skills and develop enablement strategies.
  • Explain complex solutions, architectures, and integrations through presentations, demos, whiteboarding, seminars, workshops, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with account teams, partners, marketing, and delivery teams to build pipeline and generate revenue.
  • Develop prioritized solutions aligned with customer needs and articulate their business value.
  • Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders through social selling, events, and direct engagement.
  • Identify expansion and cloud-consumption opportunities with existing customers.
  • Develop territory plans, conduct forecasting, and manage opportunities through close using defined sales strategies.
  • Maintain partner engagement, evaluate competitive landscapes, and pursue relevant certifications and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, data communications, information systems, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7–10 years of experience across public cloud, on-premises environments, modern data platforms, AI, automation, or related areas.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with large language models, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Nova, or Llama-family models.
  • Knowledge of generative AI patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation and agentic or multi-agent systems.
  • Hands-on experience with automation, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and tools such as Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Rundeck, or Shell.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate and/or Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, or ability to obtain them.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, oral, presentation, problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively with clients and teams, and deliver on time.
