Description

  • Direct UX/UI strategy across web and native mobile channels using a unified design language.
  • Establish and govern shared design-system tokens, components, and interaction patterns.
  • Oversee high-intent journeys including checkout, product detail pages, search, and loyalty features.
  • Facilitate alignment workshops and design reviews with client executives, product owners, and engineering leaders.
  • Validate concepts through usability testing and data-backed UX rationale.
  • Lead design sprint planning and deliver build-ready artifacts and annotated specifications.
  • Work in the client’s Figma environment to support transparency and co-creation.
  • Mentor designers, maintain quality standards, and coordinate knowledge handoffs.
  • Integrate mobile-first, AI-assisted, personalization, and store-companion patterns into the experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of digital product design experience, including 3+ years in a Lead or Principal Design role.
  • Experience designing large-scale omnichannel retail and e-commerce experiences.
  • Expertise in conversion optimization across checkout, PDP, cart, search, and mobile-first journeys.
  • Track record creating and scaling enterprise design systems with tokens and shared pattern libraries across web and native mobile.
  • Expert-level Figma skills, including variables, auto-layout, prototyping, component libraries, and developer handoff.
  • Understanding of web storefront technologies such as Angular/Spartacus and native mobile frameworks such as Flutter.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with AI-assisted UX patterns such as sizing recommendations or personalization engines (preferred).
  • Experience with store-companion or BOPIS experiences (preferred).
