Description

  • Define and evolve the technical direction, architecture, and design patterns for back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
  • Govern SOAP and REST API implementation, versioning, security, and standardization.
  • Establish testing, monitoring, reliability, scalability, and root-cause analysis standards.
  • Lead code reviews and mentor senior and junior engineers.
  • Oversee integration between legacy and modern systems while ensuring performance and appropriate decoupling.
  • Optimize CI/CD workflows and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and international teams to create scalable technical roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Experience serving as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer in a production environment.
  • Deep hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Strong ADO.NET and SQL Server expertise, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning at scale.
  • Experience designing and maintaining SOAP and RESTful web services, including XML serialization and deserialization.
  • Mastery of software design patterns, clean architecture, and distributed systems.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency; all team communication is conducted in English.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills in multicultural, fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive, adaptable, empathetic leadership with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure (preferred).
  • Experience with specification-driven or agentic software development and Agile/Scrum team leadership (preferred).
