Description

  • Define and maintain test plans, traceability, and entry/exit criteria.
  • Write and execute automated, functional, regression, and exploratory tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on shared test suites and API testing in Postman.
  • Review automation scripts and support test automation quality.
  • Integrate and monitor tests within CI/CD pipelines using a shift-left approach.
  • Coordinate with DevOps on test data, environments, fixtures, and stubs.
  • Log detailed bug reports and support defect triage.
  • Provide test results and release readiness reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with Playwright and JavaScript automation frameworks.
  • Experience with JMeter for backend automation.
  • Understanding of the testing pyramid and test types including Smoke, UI, API, Regression, and Accessibility.
  • Knowledge of metrics, dashboards, and QA reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Git, SQL, Postman, and Jira/Scrum processes.
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD and Continuous Validation pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to leadership.
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or above.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Preferred: experience with JMeter for load and performance testing.
  • Preferred: ability to configure initial automation projects.
