Description

  • Evaluate the current software development lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and opportunities where generative AI and agents can create measurable value.
  • Define the reference architecture for Agentic SDLC, including agents, models, context, integrations, observability, security, and governance.
  • Build and evolve agentic workflows across all stages of the SDLC.
  • Integrate AI workflows with team tools such as Git, CI/CD, work management systems, and cloud platforms.
  • Create prototypes, accelerators, and reusable components to support adoption.
  • Work directly with squads in real pilots and support execution in high-scale digital products.
  • Mentor technical teams and help establish playbooks and guardrails.
  • Track adoption and outcome metrics to measure impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to guide technical decisions and roadmap adoption.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or systems architecture.
  • Proven history of leading technical decisions in enterprise environments with multiple teams.
  • Experience implementing AI tools in the development lifecycle, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, Amazon Q, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
  • Experience with backend development in Python, Java, TypeScript, or equivalent languages.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, test automation, application security, and DevOps.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred: knowledge of agentic patterns such as tool calling, memory, reflection, multi-agents, and human-in-the-loop.
  • Preferred: experience with specification-driven methodologies such as BMAD, OpenSpec, Spec-Kit, or similar approaches.
  • Preferred: experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including building MCP servers or clients.
  • Preferred: experience with RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, or GraphRAG architectures.
  • Preferred: background in media, entertainment, streaming, or large-scale digital products.
  • Must reside in the Campinas Metropolitan Region if attendance in Campinas offices is required by local policy.
