Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices for new projects.
  • Help define coding standards and best practices within the team.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to support project success.
  • Identify technical debt and propose system improvements.
  • Optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, product managers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages.
  • C# and Node.js are required.
  • Solid experience with React.
  • Experience with AWS RDS services (Aurora/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with AWS and cloud deployment.
  • Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, including CircleCI and AWS CDK.
  • Git and GitHub are required.
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Understanding of infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
  • Advanced English for conversation.
  • Experience delivering POCs, MVPs, experiments, or technology evaluations using design-thinking practices.
  • Ability to prioritize business initiatives across complex change agendas.
  • Strong algorithm design, logical reasoning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
