Description

  • Plan and monitor software deliveries to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate the adoption of agile processes and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Apply MVP principles to validate ideas quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Motivate, guide, and develop the team to support a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Support the execution of sprints efficiently and transparently.
  • Work within a software transformation program focused on AI-driven development.
  • Help redesign how software is built in the context of agentic AI.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Squad Leader, Scrum Master, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience in project management and task prioritization.
  • Knowledge of digital product development techniques and MVP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with agentic development tools, especially Claude Code, is a plus.
  • Background in product management or agility is preferred.
  • Understanding of flow and delivery metrics is preferred.
  • Availability to work from CI&T offices in Campinas if residing in the Campinas metropolitan region.
