Description

  • Own the offering story, value proposition, positioning, and reusable artifacts for Blueprints and client engagements.
  • Build business cases, ROI analyses, and scoped statements of work for enterprise clients.
  • Run market and use-case validation workshops, user research, and stakeholder interviews to shape solutions.
  • Stand up Blueprints on live client data and drive rapid prototyping from use case to deployment.
  • Act as an FDX or FDE in a two-in-the-box delivery model and support adoption and organizational change management.
  • Ship solutions using Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, MCP servers, skills, and custom harnesses.
  • Define solution vision and roadmap for GenAI and agentic workflows, including RAG-based and frontier-model engagements.
  • Lead Agile execution, including backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination.
  • Define success metrics, analytics, and root-cause analysis to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support enablement and reusable playbooks so successful solutions can be replicated across accounts.

Requirements

  • Deep domain expertise in Financial Services and/or Healthcare & Life Sciences, ideally in a client-facing or consulting context.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as insurance is a plus.
  • 5–7+ years in solution ownership or delivery leadership.
  • 3–5+ years of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead or materially contribute to a productized offering from 0→1 and scale into client delivery.
  • Track record of working in forward-deployed or embedded client engagements, including hands-on prototyping.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork for workflows or productivity tooling.
  • Experience with MCP integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses.
  • Familiarity with GenAI patterns such as prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, migration, and data governance fundamentals.
  • Experience with AWS as the primary cloud platform.
  • Awareness of MLOps and AI observability concepts.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Tableau or Power BI, and Git.
  • Strong design thinking, data-driven decision-making, communication, and executive storytelling skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a bias to action and a structured problem-solving mindset.
  • Engineering mindset and fluency with AI-native development; prototypes built with Claude Code or similar are expected.
  • Second-priority vertical experience beyond FSI or HCLS is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment is preferred.
  • Anthropic certification, such as Solutions Architect or Claude Certified track, is preferred or should be completed early.
  • Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or AWS/Azure/GCP are a plus.
  • Software development background is a plus.
