Description

  • Communicate clearly with the team and client about day-to-day progress and needs.
  • Perform technical refinement of solutions and work items.
  • Maintain and develop COBOL applications integrated with databases.
  • Anticipate issues and opportunities and act quickly with preventive solutions.
  • Collaborate independently and with the team to deliver project work.
  • Support work in a financial-sector mainframe environment.

Requirements

  • Experience programming in COBOL.
  • Strong knowledge of CICS, DB2, JCL, CHANGEMAN, TSO, VSAM, and DEBUG Tools.
  • Experience with DB2 databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with mainframe development environments.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Hexavision.
  • JIRA experience is a plus.
  • Java experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ExecVision is a plus.
  • Must be located in Brazil.
  • If located in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, in-office attendance in Campinas is required according to the current policy.
