Description

  • Map the SDLC value stream to identify bottlenecks, queues, and waste in the delivery flow.
  • Define where and when AI agents should operate at each stage of the development cycle.
  • Coordinate workflows between humans and AI agents, managing dependencies, exceptions, and handoffs.
  • Monitor and act on delivery metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Flow Efficiency, and BCP/FTE.
  • Establish autonomous decision policies for agents, including what can proceed without human review and what requires validation.
  • Redesign agile ceremonies such as refinements, reviews, and retrospectives for an agentic context.
  • Ensure architecture, quality, and compliance standards are met in AI-generated deliverables.
  • Drive continuous upskilling and stakeholder engagement for adoption of the new operating model.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Tech Lead on software development teams.
  • Familiarity with lean and agile frameworks such as Kanban, Scrum, and VSM.
  • Ability to read and interpret code, even if not required to write it.
  • Experience with flow and delivery tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills to work across technical and business teams.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and in fast-changing environments.
  • Experience with generative AI tools in software development, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI-oriented agentic methods is a plus.
  • Experience in scaled programs with multiple squads running simultaneously is a plus.
  • Experience in the benefits sector or fintech is a plus.
