Description

  • Customize and configure generative AI platforms for the client’s SDLC needs, including skills, personas, prompts, and context.
  • Develop and maintain agentic workflows integrated with the development pipeline, including Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD.
  • Integrate AI agents across multiple SDLC stages, including analysis, refinement, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Tune agent parameters and strategies to optimize performance at each stage of the process.
  • Plan and execute the AI infrastructure roadmap together with the AI Orchestrator.
  • Automate development steps while maintaining quality, security, and compliance standards, including SonarQube, Veracode, and test coverage.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks related to using agents in production environments.
  • Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in software development with Java, Python, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitFlow, and SonarQube.
  • Experience with cloud computing, especially AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, and S3.
  • Practical experience with generative AI tools applied to development, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
  • Ability to write and review prompts, configure agents, and assess output quality.
  • Understanding of code quality practices, including automated testing, BDD, and SAST.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks and methods such as AISDD or Spec-Kit is a plus.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, such as Spring Boot or Quarkus, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with flow observability tools such as Flow Ops or Databricks is a plus.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple teams or squads is a plus.
  • Experience in the benefits sector or fintech is a plus.
