Description

  • Serve as the primary architecture reference for presales and post-sales teams, defining standards, guardrails, and reference architectures for the CI&T Flow portfolio.
  • Support commercial teams with proposals, demos, and PoCs by clarifying feasibility, effort, risks, and architectural implications.
  • Ensure technical consistency between what is sold and what is delivered through playbooks, assets, enablement, and architecture governance.
  • Define and evolve cloud governance across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including security, observability, cost efficiency, performance, and reliability practices.
  • Lead the community of architects and tech leads, guiding design decisions, promoting reuse, and encouraging safe DevSecOps and AI experimentation.
  • Connect product, engineering, and business teams to prioritize work that creates the most impact for customers and users.
  • Act as the technical counterpart to the operations leader for these initiatives, ensuring solutions are viable, scalable, secure, and consistently governed in cloud.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as an Architecture Manager, Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, or similar role leading architecture in complex systems.
  • Strong foundation in software development and cloud-native architecture, including microservices, integrations, events, APIs, and security.
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments, preferably AWS, GCP, and/or Azure, plus infrastructure as code and cloud governance practices.
  • Experience with AI-based or GenAI solutions, including LLMs, agents, orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangFlow, or Semantic Kernel, and integrations with providers like OpenAI, Google, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience working in product teams and agile methodologies with an outcomes-driven approach using metrics and experimentation such as PoCs, MVPs, A/B tests, and feature flags.
  • Technical leadership profile with excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences and a focus on people development.
  • Preferred experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or technical post-sales roles such as enablement or delivery consulting.
  • Preferred experience with CI&T Flow or AI agent platforms.
  • Preferred experience in legacy modernization using AI, automation, and cloud.
  • Preferred participation in engineering, architecture, cloud, or AI communities through talks, articles, or open source.
