Description

  • Operate the SDLC natively with AI across design, build, test, deploy, and operate phases.
  • Create and maintain structured specifications that serve as primary input for AI-driven development.
  • Use AI agents to execute multi-step tasks, interact with tools, and work with repositories, pipelines, and APIs.
  • Build reusable skills and compose capabilities into agent-based workflows.
  • Integrate AI workflows with development tools such as Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, and observability platforms.
  • Orchestrate multi-agent or human-plus-agent workflows.
  • Evaluate AI outputs critically for quality, security, and consistency.
  • Support secure production operation of AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience developing with one or more of the following: Angular, Node, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code.
  • Strong command of the SDLC, from design to operation.
  • Advanced use of AI in development, including code generation, testing, refactoring, and debugging.
  • Experience building agents with multi-step execution, tool usage, and planning plus execution.
  • Experience with spec-driven development, using specifications as the primary input for AI.
  • Experience integrating via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or an equivalent approach.
  • Experience creating slash commands or prompt-based operational interfaces.
  • Experience orchestrating workflows involving multiple agents or humans plus agents.
  • Ability to assess AI-generated outputs for quality, security, and consistency.
  • Residence in the Região Metropolitana de Campinas requires in-office presence per the company policy.
