Description

  • Develop and evolve backend AI solutions using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph with a focus on autonomy and resilience.
  • Design advanced RAG flows and integrations with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure.
  • Act as a technical reference for LangChain and LangGraph best practices within the team.
  • Translate complex business needs into technical specifications in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
  • Work with spec-driven development to align implementation with product requirements.
  • Build scalable, clean, and well-architected code for production AI systems.
  • Support integrations related to WhatsApp gateways and user-facing digital experiences.
  • Ensure monitoring, logging, testing, and post-go-live observability are in place.
  • Contribute to the design of agent routing and multi-agent systems.
  • Collaborate on solutions that impact large-scale user journeys in a secure digital services context.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Python backend development.
  • Experience with distributed architectures, microservices, and multiple API integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, or Weaviate.
  • Familiarity with spec-driven development (SDD), testing, efficient logging, and post-go-live monitoring.
  • Understanding of WhatsApp integrations and gateway patterns.
  • Awareness of accessibility standards, especially WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • Preferred experience with event-driven architectures, messaging, queues, and streams.
  • Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments such as AWS and/or Azure.
  • Preferred active use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Cline, or Claude Code, and knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
  • Preferred knowledge of agent routing policies and multi-agent systems.
