Description

  • Define and evolve the observability strategy across metrics, logs, traces, events, and user experience.
  • Build, maintain, and improve executive and technical dashboards focused on SLI, SLO, infrastructure, and business indicators.
  • Partner with technical teams to reduce incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support monitoring of containers and container orchestration, especially in Kubernetes and Rancher environments.
  • Help advance SRE and DevOps practices by sharing frameworks and operational best practices.
  • Contribute to observability initiatives in strategic projects and new technology implementations.
  • Promote governance and standardization of monitoring platforms across teams.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve service health visibility, reduce downtime, and lower MTTR and operational risk.
  • Solve complex problems collaboratively to enable fast and efficient solutions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with observability tools, especially Dynatrace.
  • Advanced knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, ELK Stack (Kibana), or similar tools.
  • Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and traces for advanced troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with container monitoring and orchestration, especially Kubernetes and Rancher.
  • Experience working in multicloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with ITSM processes, including incidents, problems, and changes.
  • Knowledge of MTTR, MTTD, and MTBF.
  • Preferred experience in the financial or banking sector.
  • Preferred experience with automation applied to observability.
  • Preferred experience in projects involving operational maturity or digital transformation.
  • Preferred experience with Kubernetes, containers, and microservices.
