Description

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards in Power BI.
  • Model and visualize data in a clear and impactful way.
  • Ensure data quality and validate Power BI and database semantic models against reporting needs.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and analysis results.
  • Design and build dashboards for Call Center and Operations teams.
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Excellent English level is mandatory, with C1 proficiency or higher.
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, including complex executive dashboards and DAX.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced queries, data validation, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration.
  • Knowledge of databases, data warehouses, and dimensional data models such as star schema and fact/dimension tables.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Direct experience working with Finance, Operations, and Executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python is preferred.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques is preferred.
