Description

  • Lead the modernization of end-user support platforms through a strong governance framework for automation and AI.
  • Coordinate and direct internal teams and selected vendors to deliver scalable and secure AIOps solutions.
  • Define and implement development frameworks and governance standards for Automation Anywhere, including agentic automation and AI solutions.
  • Act as technical lead and manager for internal teams, overseeing deliverables, validating architectures, and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Develop and implement AI strategies using GenAI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and AEX, as well as Azure services, to improve incident resolution and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze business needs and select the most appropriate automation approach for each requirement, including RPA, scripting, or AI.
  • Execute proof of concept initiatives and participate in technical projects to ensure feasibility and success.
  • Audit, consolidate, and centralize fragmented automation efforts into a documented and robust ecosystem.
  • Ensure third-party providers meet quality and security standards.
  • Align automation and AI solutions with enterprise architecture while reducing technology silos.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in Automation Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical IT Consulting in enterprise environments.
  • Practical experience managing vendors, including outsourcing and managed service providers.
  • Strong organizational leadership skills with experience managing internal teams and collaborating with vendors.
  • Advanced Automation Anywhere developer certification, including agentic automation.
  • Experience in finance and/or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in AI and AI enablement, with flexibility regarding specific technologies.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, information security, and technical governance.
  • Fluent English with proven communication skills in global, cross-functional environments.
