Description

  • Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure complete Salesforce test coverage.
  • Design, develop, and maintain functional and non-functional test plans and test scenarios for the Salesforce platform.
  • Validate advanced Salesforce customizations, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Perform end-to-end integration testing with external systems, APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Execute regression testing for seasonal Salesforce releases, patch deployments, and internal sprints.
  • Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide quality sign-off recommendations.
  • Support UAT and embed quality considerations early in the solution design process.
  • Act as a quality reference for Salesforce practices and help assess risks in integrated systems.
  • Influence product and technical decisions by representing testability, quality, and platform reliability.

Requirements

  • Experience testing Salesforce ecosystems such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
  • Proven ability to lead quality planning for integrated systems and identify risks in Salesforce-to-external-application flows.
  • Experience analyzing Salesforce technical components such as Apex and LWC from a QA perspective.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce testing methodologies and platform-specific tools.
  • Proficiency in testing APIs and integrations, including REST and SOAP.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform best practices.
  • Experience with automated Salesforce testing tools such as Copado, Provar, or Selenium (nice to have).
